In 1986, the owner of the Comestible shop ‘Zur Münz’ in Zug, Peter Gamma, decided to open up his sense of flavour, his unerring style and his passion as a host to a wider public.
Today, partners Lukas Dietziker, as Managing Director, and Niculin Peter, Head of Major Projects, are leading the company into the future. Together with their team, they realise exceptional catering events throughout Switzerland.
