In the concept phase, we define and align the culinary lead idea, service format, running order, guest experience and budget. Menus, beverage pairings and service flows are considered together from the very beginning, so that everything plays in harmony.
GAMMADESIGN develops visual design concepts for events, spaces and staging. This covers not only table styling, floristry and event decoration, but also spatial concepts, scenography, materiality, furnishing, lighting mood and interior design. These services can be booked as part of a catering project or entirely independently – for example, for private or commercial interior design commissions.

We take care of the operational preparation as well as the on-site delivery of the event – including kitchen, service, partner coordination, and set-up and take-down.
